Kindness Club

Kindness Club promotes generosity, compassion for others, and positive school culture through student-led community service projects.

The club is open to all 5th through 8th grade students who are interested in helping others and making Cranbury School an even better place to be.  The club meets on Mondays during lunch/recess.

The primary goal of the club is to teach kindness, compassion, empathy, and generosity during the formative ages of adolescence. All of the projects are conceived and driven by the student members. Through the development and completion of the service learning projects, students understand the importance of leadership, collaboration, flexibility, and the spirit of giving.

The ongoing open-enrollment policy affords every student the opportunity to emerge as a leader and provides a “safe-haven” for students with low self-efficacy.
