If you can not sign into your account, you may need to shut down and restart your computer.  

If you still can not sign into your device, email [email protected].

 

If you can not hear anything from your device.

  1. Click on the clock on the computer.
  2. Click on the slide bar next to the sound and make sure it is turned all the way up.
  3. If you are using headphones, click on the image of the headphones and make sure they are selected as the output.


Clearing the Cache can also help with this problem.

Open Chrome.

Go to the top three button and then select "More Tools"

Then select Clear Browsing Data.

Select the Advanced Tab 

Cached Images and files should be selected.

Click on Clear data.

Restart the device

 

If you continue to have difficulty, you may need to reset your Chromebook. Email [email protected] for directions for this process. 

Open Chrome.

Go to the top three button and then select "More Tools"

Then select Clear Browsing Data.

Select the Advanced Tab 

Cached Images and files should be selected.

Click on Clear data.

Restart the device.

1.  Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner of the screen on Chrome.
2. Click on Help.
3.  Click on About Google Chrome
4. Under Google Chrome, you will see blue words that say, "Chrome OS Settings" Click on these words.
5. Click on Check for updates.
