Change in Dismissal
The Cranbury School will be using the forms below to streamline and internally track changes to the normal dismissal plan for your child.
We will, of course, verify that your child has permission to be released in this manner.
If your child will be picked up EARLY from school, please use this form.
Example: I am picking her up early because she has a dentist appointment.
If your child is being dismissed at the normal time, but his or her dismissal plan is changing, use this form.
Example: I will be picking him up at dismissal instead of him riding the bus like he normally does.
