Our Cranbury School Board began the process of finding a new Chief School Administrator/Principal as soon as Dr. Genco announced her plans in February to retire this September. We committed to an inclusive and comprehensive search for a qualified candidate who will lead the school and offer every student an opportunity to shine. In that spirit of inclusivity, we prepared a survey to assess what qualities you think the Board should emphasize as we prepare a job profile.
We are seeking input from our whole Cranbury community including school administrators, teachers, support staff, parents and other community members. Our Board is working with the firm Strategic Educational Advantage (SEA) to assist in our search. Established in 2012, SEA has assisted school boards in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania select exceptionally talented leadership that meet the needs of their individual communities. SEA Associates are a diverse group of educational leaders uniquely qualified to bring local - as well as national - perspectives, knowledge, experience, and connections to each search.
