We are pleased to announce that the Cranbury Municipal Alliance is hosting two assemblies on the topic of Vaping. One assembly will be held during the day for students in grades 7 & 8.
The second session is for parents and will take place on Monday, March 11th at 6:30 p.m. in the Large Group Room. The presentation is entitled, The Smoke Screen - The Dangers of Vaping…” and will focus on what parents and caretakers need to know about Vapes, E-cigs, Cloud Pens, and Juuls… This program will address the risk factors associated with vaping and E-cigs, which are linked to high use rates of other drugs among adolescents. The 45-minute presentation will include an interactive PowerPoint and includes a Q&A with attendees. Evidence-based prevention will be a primary focus along with incorporating local data and resources into the presentation.
